First National Collection shows a collection on my account for XXXX XXXX. I already resolved this with XXXX and I have never heard from First National Collection until my mortgage company informed me of the account. Per Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, XXXX XXXX XXXX Sec. XXXX they have not validated this account. I have not moved and have the same cell phone number for years. They have made no effort to contact me to validate this prior to reporting it. Again ... I already turned in the box to XXXX. They made a mistake.
