I had requested an official verification of debt under the FDCPA and Hawaii FDCPA from a collection agency, named Argon Agency located XXXX, XXXX Hawaii. The legal definition of " verification '' means to affirm by oath or affidavit. Unfortunately, the alleged debt collector failed to do this even though I had requested it in writing several times.
They have consistently defamed me to the consumer reporting agencies fraudulently without verification or acknowledge my dispute as a disputed debt, blatantly misrepresenting the debt.
These acts have caused great injury and irreparable damages in blocking me from credit worthiness that has negatively affected my housing and financial situation.
