Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 7th December 2015.
On no less than XXXX occasions, I was told by XXXX that this debt was resolved. They billed me for pest control on a contract I canceled and for a property that sold in XXXX 2015. They also violated the XXXX, continuing to call my mobile after I repeatedly asked them to stop.
After the last conversation when XXXX said the debt was not mine, and the balance was zero, I heard nothing for several months.
I then received a collection letter from NCI demanding {$96.00}. Is that XXXX does? Ignore customers, tell them their debts are resolved and then forward them to an unsuspecting debt collector who is unaware of XXXX internal control issues and disregard for honoring their commitments?
