I had a hospital visit where I saw several specialists. All medical providers billed me properly to the correct address. The XXXX company who did not, XXXX XXXX, sent communication to the wrong addresses and never reached out to me otherwise ; the company has documentation of using the incorrect address, none of which are addresses my insurance provider, the hospital, nor myself have ever used. XXXX XXXX seems to have several addresses mixed up into XXXX which created the communication error. They did however have my phone number and never used it to contact me and instead sent me to collections over {$8.00}. When I reached out to the collection agency, they were very rude and aggressive. The company, ATG Credit, refused to give assist me in a professional manner and also hung up on me. I then contacted XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX who said they would reach out to ATG to have my account pulled back to the XXXX XXXX to get this discrepancy rectified. The communication between both companies happened on XXXX XXXX, 2015. Since then I have not received any follow up and ATG has reported my account as Key Derogatory yet again. I have paid them the {$8.00} owed as I would have paid it if I was billed, but this is still on my report and the company did not hold up their end of the arrangement to remove the inaccurate credit infraction completely as if it were never there. IT should not have been there in the first place.
