Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 5th December 2015.

I am aware that I owe the debt, originally to XXXX. On the first call to me by the Debt Collector, Credit Management, LP., I entered into a monthly payment arrangement, making the first payment during this conversation. After that I began receiving phone calls beginning with the usual caveat about the conversation being recorded, etc. Finally I had had enough and I told the caller I was current with my payments and to stop harassing me. Now I am receiving one or two calls a day. My caller ID shows the phone number XXXX and the location " United States ''. If I answer, there is no one there or occasionally I hear voices in the background. My current balance is approximately {$50.00} which I will pay in full when I receive my Social Security payment. The collection agency is Credit Management , LP XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX. I hope my credit is not damaged by this collection company since I am making payments. Thank you.
