THEY REJECTED MY $XXXX OFFER AND COUNTERED WITH $XXXX BECAUSE THEY STATED THE HOME HAS EQUITY, NOR DID THEY CONSIDER THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO PROVIDE THERE OFFER IN WRITING.
