Had to check any box above because none pertained to my online experience complaint. See below : I need to file a complaint to the correct agency regarding XXXX GC Services Ltd Partnership located in XXXX CA. When trying to pay monthly agreed amount, I was forced to fill out amnesty form before continuing to make payment. Amnesty form contained answers that I did not agree to, but was autofilled by their software before I can leave page. This company is making consumers agree to information and {$50.00} fee before submitting payments. I did not agree to this and called them promptly to complain. I need to wait for them to remove {$50.00} amnesty fee before I can pay court ticket for my husband. I still am unable to pay ticket amount and his license can be effected by DMV. He must have his license for his job or he will be fired. I 'm sure they are affecting many people and their drivers licenses and need to be investigated. Please let me know if this is the correct agency or who I need to contact to get this resolved and investigated. Thank you
