Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 3rd December 2015.
Navient has called and left a voicemail on a previous employers mailbox. Not only is this a violation of my rights, a disruption to their business but I have also asked that they no longer contact me via phone but only to contact me via USPS. This is the second time it has happened and I do not believe my previous employer appreciates the calls.
