I recently viewed my XXXX credit report and found a collection account listed for XXXX I did not receive any correspondence written or oral from a collection agency representing XXXX. I contacted XXXX directly and was told by the customer service department they could not retrieve an account based on the information I gave them and I would have to get in touch with the collection agency that I saw listed.
