I pulled my XXXX credit report and found XXXX hard inquiries on it that are affecting my score which were NOT authorized. Both inquiries are from GC Services and show business type as " other collection agencies ''. XXXX inquiry is from XXXX XXXX, 2014 and the other is from XXXX XXXX, 2014. I did not apply for any credit through GC Services and did not authorize this. As a collection agency, a soft pull would have been appropriate which would not affect my credit score. I had no further dealings with this collection agency. I request that these hard inquiries be immediately removed from my XXXX credit report.
