We have left several voicemails and have also reached out via email to our negotiator, XXXX XXXX, with no return calls or emails. Neither will Ditech/GreenTree return any calls from the homeownerDitech/GreenTree ( or whatever they are calling themselves this week ... ) are refusing to respond to the homeowner 's and the Authorized Third Party 's request for updates. This is not acceptable. It is also a violation of their servicing agreement.
Is Ditech/GreenTree even working on the short sale? Ditech is refusing to communicate with anyone regarding the short sale. How hard is it to pick up the phone and call back?
