they did not send me a notice of right to dispute, no information to verify debt no name of what they where trying to collect on did not say my full name only asked for first name, did not give me a speech of how it was an attempt to collect a debt ... ... after i told cease calling me cause could n't even address who they were fully asking for told me they will take the cease as a acknowledgement of the debt and a refusal to pay and hung up on me when never told me amount or original account number or what type of account they were trying to collect on.
