For the past 3 months, I have been applying credit card from different banks and they all denied it. I signed up at credit karma to check my credit scored and I find out someone had used my social security to signed up credit card at Discover Bank. I called the bank to report the issue, they told me they will mailed me a report letter for me to sign and mail it back to them so that they can start their investigation. It 's been like 3 months now, no letter and I kept on calling them but they always tell me, they will mail it to me within a month but have n't received anything yet. The worst part is because they have my number now, they called me to inform me that I had taken credit card from them since XXXX XXXX, 2014 and I have n't made any payment yet. I want you to help me talk to them and resolve the issue so that, that thing will waive off from my credit report. Thank you
