There is a hard credit inquiry on my XXXX credit report from Continental Finance Company of XXXX, DE. I did not authorize that inquiry. I have no accounts with Continental Finance Company of XXXX, DE, and I never applied for any accounts with them. When I attempted to inform them of this error, they told me to " get a police report '' ( they never even asked me my name ). Continental is an unprofessional company. The hard inquiry was made on XXXX XXXX, 2015, exactly one day before I filed for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy. They need to remove that inquiry from my XXXX report ( I have already contacted XXXX regarding this ) posthaste.
