I recieved a letter requesting payment on a debt that may have been my former wife 's. We we divorced on XXXX XXXX 2007 and her debts were discharged in bankruptcy in 2007. I have never had an account that they are claiming. And if I do not respond to them then they are claiming I am accepting a debt I never had to begin with.
