On, XXXX/XXXX/2015 I received a phone call from Western Finance XXXX. When I picked up I told the lady I would be on my way to make a payment an asked how long they would be there until. She advised me around 20 more minutes. When I got there I was on the phone I put it down so I could write out my check and make a payment.

The lady at the front of the desk had on a XXXX with some XXXX. She asked for me to verify my address. I stated that I was just here to make a payment-as we had just spoken on the phone and i came to keep my word, and I will not verify my address as it 's my right. I attended to verify all other information. This was new to me because the previous employees never ever not one time asked for this information. The employee started to continue to take me pay and then the manager interrupted and stated " ok she does n't want to verify WHY '', and I stated I 'm just here to make a payment to get my account caught up we literally just got off the phone and she has my account up.

At this time my was still on phone with the person I was speaking with. The manager advise well if you are not verifying your address we are closed and you need to leave. When she got behind me she stated and I heard about you XXXX. I was outside by now and she was inside and shut the door when I turned around and called her one back.

At this time I got back on my phone and asked the person i was speaking to if they had heard what she said. They stated yes.

As I was sitting outside in my car talking I was still in front of the store. I backed out after about 5 mins or so- both employee 's at the door.

I seen the manager at the door I rolled down my window, at this time there was a man sitting in his car with the windows rolled down. And she stated you need to leave! That 's what I was doing which was leaving. And I asked her why did she call me a XXXX because I did not want to give my address she stated again to leave or she was calling the police. I than advised her to please do as I would wait.

At this time we shared words back an forth. The co- worker than stated you XXXX XXXX the manager grab her arm and pulled her inside and shut the door.

Despite all that had happen I still had the intentions on paying my account up to get it paid off. I went back in the store the next day with XXXX I this time had cash in hand all I wanted to do was make a payment no words exchanged no issue.

Well when I walked into the store the manager acted like she did not know who I was, She then asked for my name I gave it to her She than refused my payment for the XXXX time. And told me to contact home office this time.

I intended to call the GM after trying to get in touch with him for days he finally calls me. Well he was rude and irate from the beginning of the phone call. I advised him that if his stores had camera 's he would have to fired employees, that i never had any issues out of this store before and I had been with them since end of XX/XX/XXXX I believe. I than called the corp location on several times. I was asked by the complaints manager if they where still working in the store I than advised him I am not sure as I was not trying to go to jail for going back into the store to make a payment.
He advised that someone would reach out to me on how to handle the account that was all he was worried about was the payment. I asked him what was he going to about the situation we can talk about payments at another time cause this really needs to be handle. I asked is it okay for there employees to treat there employees that way, he then stated no and cont to talk about someone will call me and collect on payment he hung up on me. I received a call 3 plus months later about payment options they just basically ignored what happen. Action needs to be taken.
