On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I sent an inquiry to them regarding my claim, and have not heard back, as of yet. Until this issue is resolved, please remove this inaccurate information placed on my credit file, because it is incorrect information reported. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and its malfeasance against me as a consumer have been duly noted.
