Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 1st December 2015.
Was contacted 3 weeks ago and set up a payment plan for a check that is from 2008 they told me if I did n't get the {$250.00} paid off that they would be charging me {$1900.00} and take it out of my tax return.
A week before the payment was due they called repeatedly about 6 times through the week to remind me over and over of my payment.
My payment was due today but I had not gotten to the bank yet to put money in. They started calling at XXXX and called my phone XXXX times in a row back to back. I was in a different room dealing with my neices at the moment. I had answered the XXXX call from them and told them to stop blowing up my phone. They called back XXXX more times in a row.
This is harassment and it needs to stop.
