Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 4th December 2015.
I continuously requesting proof an agreement was entered with the collector. I requested a thoroughly investigation from all the XXXX credits bureau to provide me proof on how the debt was incurred and sign promissory contract was enter I have not received any of that instead an investigation was done and it stated " This item belongs to you '' This is not an acceptable investigation.
