`THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING DISPUTE WHICH CONTINENTAL FINANCE HAS BLATANTLY BEEN VIOLATING MY FEDERAL RIGHTS TO HAVE THIS GOOD STANDING ACCOUNT REPORTED!
Since XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( I have all documentation ) I have been disputing and corresponding with a supervisor name XXXX regarding my XXXX credit card ( XXXX ) being reported to all XXXX bureaus. I have been emailing and sending documentation to him ever since. he has been telling me he will have it reported but has not. From the very beginning XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed on my credit reports it was not being reported I contacted continental finance. initially, it was n't being reported to both XXXX and XXXX. its since been reported to XXXX but still not to XXXX. XXXX XXXX, supervisor at continental finance informed me XX/XX/XXXX that continental finance was in fact, reporting it but XXXX had a security block and that was the problem why its not reflecting on XXXX ( I have a ltr from continental finance dtd XX/XX/XXXX ) I then disputed XXXX and received results on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( report number XXXX ) and the concluded their was in fact NO BLOCKS WHATSOEVER!
Since XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( have documentation ) I forwarded the XXXX results stating no blocks and wrote/contacted XXXX XXXX and noted their was NO BLOCKS!. I BEEN PLAYING PHONE TAG AND AWAITING BROKEN PROMISES FROM XXXX XXXX EVER SINCE.
IN CONCLUSION : Their are no blocks on XXXX end! continental finance states a block is the reason it s not reflecting on my credit report. this is an old account with many years good standing. I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CONTINENTIAL FINANCE REQUESTING/SENDING DOCUMENTATION SINCE XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, MORE RECENTLY IN XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX LTR AND COPY OF DOCUMENTION REFUTING THEIR CLAIM OF A SECURITY BLOCKTHEY BLATANTLY REFUSED TO COOPERATE WITH FEDERAL LAW AND REPORT THIS ACCONT ON MY CONSUMER REPORTS!!!!
