Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 25th November 2015.
I applied for the loan on XXXX XXXX 2015 and a deposit was made on XXXX XXXX 2015 through XXXX Installment Loans. The company stated the effected date was on XXXX XXXX 2015 and also stated " I may get funds earlier ". The effective date obviously was on earlier. They requested an electronic signature before the funds were available and made the deposit before I could refuse the loan the next day. I then received notice of payment on XXXX XXXX 2015 for payment on XXXX XXXX. A payment on XXXX XXXX 2015 was deducted from my bank account by XXXX Installment Loans. The " Terms Agreement " was not received to my knowledge during the deposit or signature. I opened my account information and it was available at a later date on there website. I have read about the company being a scam and it 's legitimate that they backed out of their own contract. The interest is over what the government would allow. It 's at 800 % interest and they have my SSN, bank info, and work info.
