I have been receiving constant calls from this company and have told the agency before that when I am available to take care of this matter, I will. They have called me several times while at work and I have advised them that I am currently at work and to please call back later. The lady on the phone XXXX ' was extremely rude to me. I told her I am currently at work to please call later and she responds " Yeah whatever, you always say that '' and hung up in my face. I then called Fidelity Creditors back and asked to speak to a manager who then also started to mock me because of my complaint about the previous agent who called and was rude. He was like " Oh what bothered you so much? The fact that she called at XXXX? '' when I clearly explained to him what bothered me. The practices of this company is completely unprofessional and should be addressed as using these kinds of tactics to collect a debt only makes people hate these collection agencies even more.
