M & S Recovery Solutions, LLC contacted my mother on a past debt that I was not aware of on XXXX/XXXX/2015. They left a message for her to call them back. When she called they told her that they were going to file a XXXX on her with the IRS on a Credit Card purchase of mine at XXXX XXXX XXXX and told her to have me call them immediately to prevent this action. She was never involved with either the obtaining of a credit card for me or any purchase I made at XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are threatening her and giving her information on my account with them.
