I have advised them in writing and verbally to only contact me in writing. They are continually calling my place of employment using different numbers each time. For example XXXX and XXXX. In addition they are continuing to contact my contacts listed although I have advised also for them to stop calling them and harassing them. My address is the same and I will respond to anything that is sent to me in writing however I do not want to be contacted by phone. When I was contacted and asked to verbally stop, they insisted that I owe them money and that is why they will continue to call. I have back to back calls to my place of work, my cell phone, my husbands phone etc.
