Syndicated Office Systems,XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX # XXXX, XXXX CA XXXXhas placed a medical record on my credit report that does not belong to me, they have been informed in writing that i am a victim of Identity theft and i only paid the account, because they said record would be deleted, they have now refused to remove record from my credit. i should not be asked to pay for bills that i am not responsible for, and after payment is made, they still refused to remove collection record
