My elderly mother received a call from XXXX from a man named XXXX XXXX saying that I was going to be arrested if I did not return the call and the case # was XXXX. I called and reached XXXX XXXX. They said that XXXX XXXX was going to subpoena me regarding that docket number due to an unpaid payday loan XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX. I told them that I paid all debts regarding XXXX and that I knew this was an unlawful fraudulent call. XX/XX/XXXX another company claimed the same thing so I verified with XXXX that they were n't working with XXXX. XXXX XXXX told me that the debt collection company claiming this that they were working on behalf of was called National Credit Adjustors and to call them at XXXX.
