Bank of America treated an outstanding customer with exceptional credit with horrible service. They took over 1 year to make a decision to deny my loan modification. This resulted in a payment now triple the amount. This delay prevented me from seeking other alternatives. They requested and re-requested information I had already sent for over one year. Further, Bank of America is encouraging me to default on my loan. Bank of America lied about the loan terms stating it was a 30 year loan and did not disclose it would change the terms after 10 years.
