Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 25th November 2015.
Was working on my XXXX at XXXX University and had almost completed the program except XXXX course, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX and was receiving financial aid thru the XXXX. Became ill and had to undergo XXXX and XXXX that lasted from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, with ongoing treatment ; however, I requested a leave of absence from the school and was granted a 2-quarter leave -- which is only 4 months. Student requested an additional leave on the grounds of medical and was refused, requesting personal medical records from my XXXX. My XXXX wrote a letter to XXXX University, and that is the way I received an additional leave of absence. Also, student had reached the financial aid lifetime aggregate, but XXXX University kept the student enrolled and billed the student with the student owing XXXX University instead of the federal government. This is a scam, to say the least. XXXX University had turned this bogus account over to a collection agency -- Allied Account Services, and this company is relentless -- will not listen to reason and keep digging into my personal files at XXXX and submitted the documents which has no baring on this bogus account.
