Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 30th November 2015.
DNA has called my cell phone saying I have a debt, and to please contact them. I called to be told by a recording, this is attempt to collect a debt. I later heard from a representative asking if it is okay to continue on. I agreed to hear what they were talking about, and the process begin. I was asked all my personal information to find out they were harassing the wrong person, I did not want to disclose my personal information over the phone. After they told me they had the wrong person and the name given was my mother. I asked them to disclose the debt since they had asked me, my personal information, I was told I was n't on the account could not disclose her personal information without her consent. I did not give my mother my consent to be a credit reference. I 'm highly upset, there should be a law against putting a person on a loan for credit reference without their consent when applying for a loan.Also stop debt collectors from perusing non applicant ( credit references ).
