Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 21st December 2015.
Have been receiving numerous calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Maine. When I pick up the receiver no one answers and there is no recording, just silence. This goes on day after day. Finally yesterday, XXXX/XXXX/2015 after receiving another call I called the number back. Woman who answered said she was from a Collection Agency, did not give a name of the organization and that she was looking for a woman, XXXX ( XXXX name ) which I can not remember. I informed her that my wife and I live here and there is no XXXX living here. Calls from this number are nearly everyday, often twice a day. The least they can do is answer the phone when they call my home. I hope you can rectify this nuisance for me. I have no debts other than monthly bills and have never dealt with a debt collector.
