I PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED TRANSUNIONS DELETING XXXX CLOSED POSITIVE ACCOUNTS .UNDER THE FCRA THEIR ACTIONS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE REASONABLE RESULTS OF INVESTIGATIONS.IT IS NOT REASONABLE THAT I WOULD BE DISPUTING MY CLOSED PODITIVE ACCOUNTS.I CAN NOT CONTACT THOSE CREDITORS BECAUSE THEY WERE DISCHARGED IN THE BANKRUPTCY AND THEY DO NOT REPORT ON THE CLOSED ACCOUNTS, BUT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM REPORTING ON THE NEGATIVE ONES.I SPOKE TO SOMEONE AT EXPERIAN AND SHE TOLD ME SHE DELETED THE ACCOUNTS BECAUSE THEY ALL HAD THE SAME ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND SHE DID NOT KNOW WHICH ONE WAS IN DISPUTE SO SHE ASKED THE CREDITOR DAYMET CREDIT UNION AND THEY SAID TO DELETE XXXX ACCOUNTS BEFORE THEIR EXPIRATION DATE.I ALSO DID NOT DISPUTE MY CBNA ACCOUNT BUT THEY DELETED IT ANY WAY.I AGAIN DISPUTE THAT IT IS AN UNREASONABLE ACTION FOR THEM TO DELETE CLOSED POSITIVE INFORMATION.UNDER THE FCRA I AM ENTITLED TO A FAIR AND ACCURATE REPORT.HOW CAN IT BE ACCURATE IF THEY DELETE INFORMATION FROM IT.I HAVE DISPUTED BEFORE AND DAYMET IS IN VIOLATION BECAUSE THEY HAD 5 DAYS TO INFORM ME OF THE DISPUTE AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM.THEY WANT TO HIDE BEHIND MY BANKRUPTCY DISCHARGE BUT IGNORE IT WHEN DELETING MY ACCOUNTS AND REPORTING LATE PAYMENTS DURING A CHAPTER XXXX.I HAVE DISPUTED WITH BOTH ENTITIES AND THEY HAVE VERIFIED INACCURATE INFORMATION. THEY DELETED THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS ENDING WITH XXXX, BEGINNING WITH XXXX, NO ACCOUNT NUMBER BUT A LINE OF CREDIT WITHA STATUS DATE OF XX/XX/XXXX.ALL POSITIVE ACCOUNTS BEFORE THE 10 YEAR REPORTING DATE.
