Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 25th November 2015.
I use to have XXXX, I cancelled them because I sold my house and moved to where they do n't offer service. I returned all my equipment to XXXX store and was told to wait for my final bill to reflect the equipment being returned. I never received any final bill, I even had mail forwarding on. A month later I received a letter from a collections agency named Kenneth, Eisen & Associates, Ltd. I contacted them and told them that I had not received my final bill and the guy said it was sent over to them. I asked him if it would go on my credit and he stated since I paid it immediately in full that it will not go on my credit. Here its years later and its affecting my buying my house.
