I was never late with this company. I had to file a chapter XXXX and offered to pay them in full and NOT include them in the bankruptcy. First they said I could do that, then they said I could n't. SO, I included them in the bankruptcy and since they are a secured creditor they are getting paid in full. In XXXX 2015, 1 month after my Chapter XXXX was filled, they reported to my credit file that the account was charged off and have been reported it charged off every month since then.
