In XXXX of this year I purchased tickets for a show. I late discovered I could not go. I contacted the vendor requesting a refund. I received no answer. I then contacted citi and requested they dispute the charges. The show was subsequently cancelled. I provided this information to citi. Yet they still sided with the vendor. I paid for a show I did not attend. This is unfair and deceptive.
