Allied Collection Services, INC. never sent me a debt collection letter regarding a bill I had with XXXX. They 've called me on my cell phone which is a TCPA violation. On top of this a Collection Rep, XXXX XXXX, told me that if I made a payment plan with them I would n't be reported to the Credit Bureaus. I commenced into a payment plan of {$50.00} per month. They charged {$60.00} to my debit card when they told me it was {$50.00} and said there was a {$10.00} processing charge. Allied Collection Services, INC has no ethics/integrity. They say XXXX thing to me and do another. I asked them to produce the audio recording where the rep XXXX said that it wo n't be reported to the Credit Bureaus. They said recordings are for internal purposes only and wo n't let me review it with them on the phone. I feel like a bunch of my rights are being violated as a consumer. Never received a letter from them saying that I owe money and never had a chance to have the debt validated. This company is a giant fraud.
