On or about XXXX of 2015, I started to receive request for payments to which I disputed based upon claims of stolen ID THEFT.However, XXXX XXXX XXXX ATLANTIC CRED continued attempt to collect a debt that I do not owe. I personally contacted ATLANTIC CRED and disputed the validity of the debt. I personally requested that ATLANTIC CRED to perfect security interest and VALIDATE the DEBT by providing me with " Certified BILATERAL CONTRACT " obligating me to this debt with the " ORIGINAL CREDITOR '' NAME ; ADDRESS and unpaid invoices under FDCA. To this date, ATLANTIC CRED has failed to be in compliance of FDCA, thus, unilaterally without just cause continued to violate my civil rights causing and preventing me from securing good paying job, adequate housing and/or obtaining new credits.
