Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 19th November 2015.
Dear Representative, After hard time of foreclosure, job loss and eviction, I was able to step on my feet financially and handle life as self-employed person ( I am XXXX and there are n't too many employment options for me ). I worked on establishing good credit again and with satisfaction observed how my old collections disappeared from my credit report, when suddenly and by chance opening XXXX, I saw XXXX separate collections XXXX collector, related to XXXX. They ruined my credit score from XXXX to XXXX, and I am in panic. I never received any mails or calls from them.
The case is that I worked in this city XXXX, and during work time should go every 2 hours to turn my car from back site city parking to front site city parking. It was silent agreement between my company and the City to do this. The City XXXX practically did n't have at this time any free parking, and the XXXX company I was working for did n't secure for me a parking permit for entire period of my employment, which was 3 ( three years- XXXX till XXXX ). I did what it takes, even my work as XXXX employee for a large company did n't allow a lot of time, and importantly, to think about my car when under pressure to make more and more sales.
Now, after exactly 5 ( five ) years being not employed from such company, and making my living alone, I was slammed with this collection.
I wrote letters to the collection agency and Transunion about this issue and will expect their answer.
Once in a past I had your help, when a collector pretended some money for my foreclosure by using my home purchase 's closing paper file ( I still wonder how they reached this file ). I very much appreciate your timely help.
Unfortunately, now I have another case. It will be up to your competency to decide what action to take. Whatever it is, I will never forget how you helped me before.
