BSI Financial abused our fiduciary relationship and manage my escrow account badly. More than twice over the last three years BSI has paid insurance after the expired date more than two times. I get mortgage adjustment that vary with huge gaps for example {$1200.00} to {$1700.00}. Often, I call BSI customer service and their answers are given as if there is no shared resource information that tracks properties connected to the account, the number of insurances and taxes to be disbursed, etc.
