in regards to what is going on i have a collection account with Kimball trey & ST John due to an unlawful detainer through the XXXX courts. they claim that i owe them XXXX when the documents that i retrieved from the XXXX county courts say that i owe XXXX in which i have contacted them twice and offered to pay them the XXXX and they refuse to except saying that the XXXX was attorneys fees.and the Memorandum clearly states that the attorneys fees our only XXXX i sent them a copy of the paper work and i told them they where giving false statements to the credit bureau. i did disput the claim and the credit bureau said do an investigation and this was the next step that i am taking .what ever help i can get it is very much appreciated .Thank you in advance Sincerliy
