NCB Management Services Incorporated is currently collecting a debt for XXXX different original creditors. XXXX acquired the loan ( via assignment ) on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ( see attached ) and XXXX XXXX acquired the loan ( via assignment ) on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ( see attached ). The original creditor was XXXX XXXX Bank who acquired the loan on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX when I purchased a XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, North Carolina XXXX see attached ).
Neither XXXX XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX is the original creditor as claimed by NCB Management ( see attached ). On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I asked NCB Management Services , Inc., for full and complete verification and validation of the collection account pursuant to Section 809 of 15 U.S.C. XX/XX/XXXX ( g ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, NCB Management Services XXXX Inc., claimed that XXXX XXXX XXXX was the original creditor for which it was collecting ( see attached ). On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, after asking for validation of the debt, NCB Management Services XXXX Inc., provided me documentation which did not mention XXXX XXXX XXXX as the original creditor ( see attached ). Instead, XXXX XXXX was mentioned as the original creditor. This information is ambiguous, misleading, and false.
