On XX/XX/2015 I sought a loan from Avant the loan is funded by XXXX in the amount of {$14000.00} the loan was deposited into my checking account on or about XX/XX/2015. I began to utilize the funds from loan to consolidate credit cards / bills, on or about XX/XX/2015 Avant did a pre authorized debit for the full amount of {$14000.00} from my checking account. This caused my account to fall approximately {$8700.00} negative, I immediately contacted Avant whom informed me that there was a huge error and that they would exspite a return. I continually attempted to contact Avant until about XX/XX/2015 an was advised that the loan remained paid off in full. This forced me to call my bank and file a claim for what suggested a fraudulent activity. XXXX began reversals of the funds and refunded me for various overdraft fees and NFS fees. I had to go approximately 2 weeks while my account remained negative, I was n't able to pay many obligations such as rent or other financial means. XXXX was able to retrieve my funds XX/XX/2015 and Avant is attempting to collect again on this loan.
