This company has reported information on our credit report. It needs to be corrected. This is a letter sent to them.

XXXX XXXX, 2016 XXXX/Executive Services Legal Department XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Per our conversation of today, I am faxing this complaint.
In XXXX we applied for a Modification. We have not been late with you and have continued to pay our payments through the trial period on time. We have an {$8000.00} Line of Credit. We are quite disturbed to find out the XXXX has posted a 30 day and 60 day late on our Credit Report ( see attached ). We were never notified of this practice and were not informed " if '' we proceeded with the Modification that this would happen! This is against the law and we want this removed and corrected IMMEDIATELY!
I am attaching the copies of our payments for the last three months, Trial payments as well as a copy of our Credit Report item in this complaint.
