Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 13th November 2015.
On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I was contacted at work at XXXX from a debt collector rep named XXXX from Apple Recovery LLC. He did ask to verify my information before proceeding forward. I then told him about a minute and a half into the conversation to not call me at work again and during my work hours. Also to send me a validation of debt to my home address and I will contact him when I receive it. I verified my address.
On XXXX XXXX 2015 around XXXX I was contacted once again from XXXX XXXX Apple Recovery LLC . I told him to not call again and I already told him before not to call at work. He stated he did not recall that conversation and wanted to speak with me so I can verify my home address.
I contacted Apple Recovery LLC, explained my complaint and spoke to a supervisor. He stated they do not have my business phone number on file.
I have a recorded phone call conversation when I told the rep to not call back.
