Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 12th November 2015.
My FICO score has been dropping ever since the Federal Reserve began debating raising the bank interest rate a few months ago. Because there is no logical explanation for the drop, I believe the XXXX major credit reporting agencies are manipulating ( i.e., artificially lowering ) consumers ' scores to prepare for the rate hike. I am asking that the CFPB investigate this matter as soon as possible.
( I understand that my complaint does not actually belong on this form. When I tried to explain that no form fits my complaint to a CFPB person, staffing the hotline, she directed me back to this form. )
