Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 12th November 2015.
On Wednesday, XXXX XXXX, leased a new Toyota Sienna. I called Trans Union and " unfroze '' my account for 72 hours. The dealership was unable to get a copy of my credit report as it was still listed a frozen. On XXXX XXXX, I placed a second unfreeze request for 7 days. Again, the dealership attempted to pull a copy of my credit report and was unable to do so because the account was frozen. I called Trans Union at XXXX on XXXX XXXX, escalated through XXXX Supervisors, until I reached a XXXX who claimed that she corrected the issue and everything was fine. However this morning, XXXX XXXX, the dealership attempted XXXX more time - and was unable to pull my credit report. I called Trans Union and they claimed it was corrected. I called the dealership, and once again, they are unable to pull a copy of my credit report because it is frozen, but the supervisor I talked with today XXXX assured me that the problem was corrected. I do n't know what to do next. The dispute is still open and Trans Union does not seem to know what the problem is.
