Loan payment is due on the XXXX of each month late after the XXXX. I receive robo calls and phone calls 2-3 times daily after the XXXX of the month harassing me to make payment when in fact the payment is in the mail. They want you to pay over the phone and ad a fee of {$25.00} to process it. The loan is almost 12 months into it with 36 to go. I told them to spot harassing me and that if they have not received payment by the XXXX feel free to call with no relief.
