I have a collection with SARMA -account # XXXX totaling {$9900.00} from XX/XX/XXXX. The original creditor ( XXXX ) and myself came to an agreement and they took back the debt and closed the account. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX removed this collection from my credit report but XXXX did not. It stills shows as open. I need SARMA to contact all XXXX credit bureaus and remove the collection from my credit report asap. Thank you.
