Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 11th November 2015.
Account Control Technology XXXX has been contacting me wrongly for many months ( over 4 ) at times between XXXX-XXXX from a Wisconsin number ( XXXX ) multiple times a week.
The thing is, they are looking for someone who shares the same Surname with me, but it 's not me. I do n't even have any outstanding debts as I write this now.
I explained the mix-up previously, but they continue to call. I have just recently explained it again ( 2 months later ), with a little too much passion and was hung up on.
Either way, they are wholly incompetent on this matter and it is downright shameful they have any effect over any individuals, let alone their credit.
