This is my 3rd complaint against this same " mortgage company '' I 've been trying to get this mortgage to honor the agreement that I had with XXXX XXXX XXXX for 2 years now. I mailed a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX signed on XX/XX/XXXX to BSI Financial for the following documents to be sent to me. As of XXXX. I have not received ANY documents. The documents that I requested were my Hud-1 Settlement Statement, Copy of the Promissory Note, Deed of Trust, XXXX Uniform Loan Application, Truth in Lending Disclosure, Good Faith Estimate, Copy of XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) ; Copy of tax credit, Copy of PMI/Title Policy. If this company is a legitimate company providing the requested documents should n't be a problem.
