I applied for a refinance with Sebonic Financial/Cardinal Financial on XXXX/XXXX/15. It took 3 weeks to receive an appraisal, rescheduling 2 times prior to signing closing. But my biggest concern is that I never received a closing disclosure document prior to the notary coming to my house. I did not have time to review my responsible charges. I feel there were incorrect charges on the document. I did not sign and the notary did not leave a copy of the document at my house either.
